Private driving training lessons and road test car rental packages and prices
All prices are plus HST
We meet our students at the test centre 1.5 hour before test time to do the 1 hour refresher, arrangements must be made for pick up and drop off.
Road tests that take place outside of Ottawa will cost more depending on how far the drive test is.
We accept payments for your desired packages through e-transfers to info@ottawasafedrivers.ca
To help us connect you with a driver instructor, please provide the following info: Your driving lessons pick-up address, your phone number, and your general availability for the in-car lessons.

Tips on how to book your Road Test:
1. Visit the Official Website:
Go to DriveTest.ca and click the “Book a Test” button.
2. Enter Your Details:
Provide your email address, driver’s license number, and its expiry date, then submit the form.
3. Confirm Your Email:
Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your account.
4. Re-Enter Your Details:
Once verified, return to the website and re-enter your driver’s license number and expiry date.
5. Choose a Test Location:
Select a DriveTest center that’s most convenient for you.
6. Check Availability:
Browse the schedule to select a suitable date and time. Take into account rush hour traffic, as it may affect your driving experience.
7. No Availability? Keep Trying!
If no appointments are available, check back regularly. New slots may open, so it’s a good idea to repeat the process several times throughout the day.
G2 License
G1 Exit Road Test
The G2 test will take place in residential and business roads. The G2 road test will examine:
