Refund Policy
At Ottawa Safe Drivers, we strive to provide the best possible training experience for all our
students. No refund after students begin their in-car sessions For circumstances in which student has not yet started in-car training, refund for such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Training Sessions
If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a training session, the following guidelines apply:
24-Hour Notice Required: Students must contact their instructor at least 24 hours before the scheduled session if they wish to cancel or reschedule. This notice allows the instructor to adjust their schedule and accommodate other students.
Failure to Provide 24-Hour Notice: If a student does not provide the required 24-hour notice, the session may be considered a no-show, and the student would be charged for the missed session for $30 per hour
